Coach KO aka Robyn is a successful professional triathlon coach and a double world championship qualifier (Chattanooga 70.3 World Championship and Kona World Championship). In her coaching bag, you will find over 15 years of experience. She has been a certified USATriathlon Level 1, USACycling Level 3 & USAT Youth & Junior coach. She has also been certified in Metabolic Efficiency Training. Coach KO has worked as an IFTA certified personal, IFTA certified cycling instructor and has spent years coaching highschool cross country. 

Not only an endurance coach, she has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has worked the last 23 years as a professional nurse. Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing provides the knowledge in anatomy, physiology, psychology, nutrition, injury prevention & treatment as well as wellness. Her background in the health & fitness industry fuels her desire to help others live healthier and happier lives. 

Coach KO provides custom & personalized training with open lines of communication for feedback & advice. She will monitor & adjust your training, fitness, recovery & overall health during your time together.  Coach KO will apply her combined knowledge & expertise  of 23 years of nursing, training & coaching to improve her clients athletic performance & health.

She was the Coach & Coordinator for the Chattanooga Triathlon Club’s Chattanooga Ironman Training Program, which debuted in 2014 and was a big success for several years, with all participants in her program completing a full Ironman triathlon. She has coached hundreds of triathletes to the coveted Ironman finish line and many to podiums along the way. 

Coach KO is also an  advocate for women’s sports; she has developed & managed the all women’s cycling teams in Chattanooga, Team Mystique & The Velo Vixens & Taco Mamacita, as well as raced bikes competitively as a Cat 2 cyclist.

She created, developed,  coached & managed  a thriving team of athletes known as  FX Multisport Team of athletes in Chattanooga, TN for 6  years before joining Tri Coach Georgia. She & her team worked together with Tri Coach Georgia in conducting the infamous Chattanooga Ironman, Chattanooga Ironman 70.3, and Augusta 70.3 TCGA Training Camps. Many will tell you how productive and what a hoot they were.

Finally, Coach KO works with busy executives who have limited training time, working moms who want to stay healthy and have fun, and anyone with a dream to succeed.​ Injury prevention, nutrition & overall health are keys to having a stellar performance.  This is her expertise, and health & fitness are her passion.
